Is the monthly price just for software or does it include hardware? ▼
The monthly subscription includes everything: the AI software licence, hardware (cameras, lighting, mounting), installation, integration, model training, and continuous software updates. There’s no separate hardware cost — it’s all in the monthly fee. This is what makes it truly CAPEX-free.
What is included in the monthly subscription? ▼
Hardware (cameras, lighting, mounting), AI software license, model training & customization on your specific product, installation & integration, monthly AI software updates, and support (email, phone, or dedicated depending on plan). Everything needed to inspect your production line.
How long does deployment take? ▼
Most standard deployments are live within one day of installation. The AI model is trained on your specific parts and defects — this typically takes a few hours on-site. For complex or multi-line deployments, allow 2–3 days.
Do I need to change my existing production line? ▼
No. Our systems are designed to integrate with existing equipment and workflows. Cameras are mounted at inspection points without disrupting line flow. Several customers have noted that the system worked without any workflow changes at all.
What does the free POC involve? ▼
We run a proof of concept on your actual parts in your actual production environment. You see real detection rates, false positive rates, and cycle times — before signing anything. The POC is designed to prove ROI, not to sell you a system.
Can I cancel the subscription? ▼
Yes. All plans are on a monthly rolling basis. There is no long-term lock-in. Most customers stay because the ROI is clear — not because they are contractually obligated to.
